Three Ways to Help Your Family
Whether you are planning ahead, working through an estate after a loss, or dealing with a matter that requires formal steps, there is a service here that may fit your situation.
← Back to HomeHow We Work
Our Approach to Every Matter
Every instruction we receive begins the same way: with a conversation. We listen first, and we do not suggest a particular service until we understand the situation your family is in. The right kind of help depends on where you are in the process, how complex the estate appears to be, and how much support you feel you need.
Once we understand the picture, we set out clearly what a service would involve, what it would cost, and what the likely steps and timeframe are. Nothing starts until you are comfortable with those terms.
Throughout the matter, your named contact within the firm is available to answer questions and keep you informed. We do not regard the work as finished when the legal steps are complete — we check that you feel settled before closing a file.
First conversation
We listen to your situation without commitment on either side.
Clear proposal
We propose the appropriate service, its scope, and its cost in writing.
Your decision
Work begins only when you have agreed in writing. No pressure, no urgency.
Steady progress
We work through each stage methodically, keeping you informed throughout.
Settled close
We confirm completion clearly and make sure you feel properly finished.
Service 01
Estate & Will Guidance
A gentle, respectful consultation to help you understand the estate before you — whether you are planning ahead while in good health, or attending to the affairs of someone dear who has passed. This service is particularly suited to those who are unsure where to begin and who would value a calm, clear explanation before committing to any course of action.
We review the relevant documents, set out the process in plain terms, and answer your questions at your own pace. Any next step remains entirely yours to decide.
- Review of the will or estate documents
- Step-by-step process explanation in plain language
- Open Q&A — no question is too basic
- Clarification of your rights and options
- No obligation to proceed further

Service 02
Estate Administration Help
Considerate help in administering an estate, from gathering records to preparing the documents the process requires. This service is well suited to families who would value steady support during a difficult period — particularly where the estate involves property, financial accounts, or multiple beneficiaries.
We explain each stage clearly before it begins, handle the paperwork with care, and keep you informed in language that is easy to follow. You do not need to understand the law — that is our part.
- Gathering and organising estate records
- Preparation and submission of required documents
- Liaison with land offices and financial institutions
- Plain-language updates at every stage
- Support through to distribution of the estate
Starting from
RM 283
Service 03
Representation in Inheritance Matters
Careful representation for inheritance matters that call for formal steps — whether in correspondence, negotiation, or court proceedings — handled with sensitivity and respect throughout. This service is suited to more involved situations: contested estates, disputes among beneficiaries, or matters requiring a grant of probate or letters of administration from the High Court.
We manage the detail, stand alongside you, and present your position with steadiness. You are not alone in the room — or in the waiting period before it.
- Thorough case preparation and file review
- Respectful liaison with all parties and their solicitors
- Court attendance and representation where required
- Support through negotiation and dispute resolution
- Full communication throughout every stage

RM 329
