Sensitivity in Every Step
Inheritance matters often arrive during a difficult time. We approach each situation gently, giving you space to ask questions and time to consider what is right for your family.
Plain, Clear Explanations
Legal processes do not need to feel overwhelming. We translate each requirement into plain language so you understand what is happening and why, at every stage.
Complete Confidentiality
Family affairs are private. Everything discussed with us remains so. We handle your documents and your story with the discretion a sensitive matter like this deserves.
Unhurried Counsel
There is no pressure to decide quickly. We move at a pace that suits your family's circumstances, offering guidance without imposing urgency on decisions that deserve careful thought.
Malaysian Law Expertise
Our practice is rooted in Malaysian inheritance law — including matters under the Distribution Act 1958 and the Probate and Administration Act 1959 — serving both Muslim and non-Muslim estates.
Transparent, Stated Fees
Our fees are set out clearly before any work begins. Starting from RM 237, there are no unexpected charges — only the agreed scope, handled with care.

Common Questions
Things People Often Ask
I'm not sure where to start. Is it too soon to contact you?
Not at all. Many families reach out simply to understand what lies ahead, before committing to any particular step. We welcome early conversations and will take things at whatever pace is comfortable for you.
Does it matter whether there is a will or not?
We assist in both situations. Where a will exists, we help you understand its terms and carry out the process it sets out. Where there is none, we explain how the estate is distributed under Malaysian law and support you through the administration process accordingly.
How long does estate administration typically take in Malaysia?
Timelines vary considerably depending on the complexity of the estate, the number of beneficiaries, and whether any disagreements arise. A straightforward matter may be resolved in several months; more involved situations may take longer. We will give you a realistic picture based on your specific circumstances.
What are your fees and how are they structured?
Our fees are set out clearly in advance. Estate and will guidance begins from RM 237, estate administration help from RM 283, and representation in inheritance matters from RM 329. The agreed fee covers the scope we have discussed together — there are no unexpected additions. We will explain all costs before any work begins.
Is what I share with you kept confidential?
Yes. Everything shared with us — whether in a first conversation or over the course of working together — is held in strict confidence. We understand that family matters are deeply personal, and we treat them accordingly.
Can you help with estates that include property in Malaysia?
Yes. Estates that include real property — land titles, residential or commercial property — are something we regularly assist with. We guide you through the transfer process, the relevant land office requirements, and any documentation needed to bring things to order.
What if there is a disagreement among family members?
Family disagreements over an estate are not uncommon and can be deeply distressing. We approach these situations with care and without taking sides — aiming to support a resolution that respects the deceased's wishes and the rights of those involved. Where formal steps become necessary, our Representation service is well suited to such situations.
